On 22^nd November 2010, a meeting to establish a welfare society of the staff of Archaeological Survey of India, Thrissur circle, Thrissur was convened in the chamber of Superintending Archaeologist, Archaeological Survey of India, Thrissur circle, Thrissur. All staff of members of Thrissur circle office and representatives from sub circle office was present. It has been decided to constitute a committee for the management & activities of the society.

The following office bearers were elected for a period of one year from 1^st December 2010 to 30^th November 2011.
